Woody was just sooo adorable! I would DEFINITELY recommend this video to anyone. (Even if you have to take a cousin, nephew, friend's-cousin's-nephew's friend as an excuse for a twenty something person to go see it!)
I received an text from Z yesterday while I was working at the daycare yesterday evening. It read, “be ready at 6:15, it’s a surprise.” I have been on him a lot lately about how much I like surprise nights, so I was ecstatic. He came a picked me up and we headed out. He drove to Albany, a town roughly 45 minutes from home. He took me to the mall and followed me around EVERY store I possibly wanted to go to and even carried my purse and clothes I wanted to try on. He hates shopping and didn’t complain once. After we visited the mall he took me to eat at a Chinese restaurant that his Uncle has been recommending every time Albany has been mentioned in a conversation. I LOVEEEEE Chinese food. The Hong Kong Cafe was nothing like the typical Chinese restaurants I am used to. It had a nice romantic feel to it as well as awesome food. They were really quick and gave us a LOT of food. We ate all we could AND had enough to eat for lunch today! Best of all it was CHEAP. After that we went to Target for more shopping, until they kicked us out because they closed at 10. WHO IN THE HECK CLOSES AT 10 ON A FRIDAY NIGHT? Obviously Target. A trip is never complete without a trip to Wal-Mart so we walked around there for WAY to long. Before we knew it the clock had struck 12 and I was soon to turn into a pumpkin if he didn’t get me home! All in all last night was AMAZING and very much needed.
In honor of father’s day I am going to do a fill-in-the-blank questionnaire about my Daddy. Yes, I am twenty years old and still call him Daddy.
